Where we come from
TodoMore started at Todo Pictures, a production company in Istanbul; today the platform is built by TodoMore Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. Before TodoMore existed, a single shoot at Todo Pictures ran across 12 separate tools. Projects, quotes, shoot plans, gear, client approvals and timesheets didn't know about each other, and information got lost in between.
We built the missing system inside Todo Pictures' real productions. Today it ships as TodoMore: projects and briefs, a calendar with shoot planning, gear inventory with conflict checks, ReView for client video approvals, time tracking, finance, the Command Center for running shoot day from one screen, and Core for seeing the whole agency.
Today Todo Pictures is both our solution partner and a major user. The company runs its whole operation in TodoMore, where it has more than 500 projects. New features get tried on its shoots first.
How we work
- Fast under real load
- Production weeks are dense and the data is heavy. We keep the interface fast even with large numbers of projects, bookings and media files, and we test changes during Todo Pictures' busiest weeks first.
- Reliable on shoot day
- A shoot can't wait for the tool. If the Command Center's live connection drops, the screen still refreshes at least every 30 seconds.
- The whole job, connected
- Brief, schedule, crew, gear and approvals are linked to each other, so nobody digs through tabs to find the current version.
- Built with our users
- We build TodoMore with our solution partner Todo Pictures and the teams that use it every day. Feedback from real productions sets the roadmap.

Internal tool
Todo Pictures starts building an internal system to run its own shoots.
2025
First teams
Private beta with production companies in Türkiye; the internal tool becomes a product.
2026
Public launch
The platform opens to all teams, in Turkish and English; the native iOS app enters beta with selected teams.
