Fix the day, see the week
In My Work, the day's entries sit on a timeline; drag an entry to fix when it started or ended. The Timesheet adds up the week by person and by job, and the Dashboard shows how the time was spread.

Export, and lock past weeks
Download entries as Excel, CSV or PDF; the Excel file includes a per-project summary sheet. Managers can lock past periods, and correcting a locked week needs a manager to unlock it.

Workload (Growth) shows who is at capacity; Client Effort and the team timesheet (Scale) show how much effort each client takes.

Is TodoTime employee surveillance?
No. TodoTime takes no screenshots, scores no activity and logs no keystrokes; the timer runs only when someone starts it. Live crew location is a separate Command Center feature for shoot day: it works only in the iOS app and only while a shoot is live, and only authorized people see it. The Calendar and Planning page has the details.
Do hours feed into profitability?
Not automatically. Project profitability in Finance is income minus expenses; TodoTime shows how many hours went to each client in Client Effort.
Which plans include TodoTime?
Personal time tracking, weekly timesheets and exports are on every plan, including Free. Work arrangement comes with Business Growth; client effort and the team timesheet with Business Scale. Pricing is per workspace, with no per-member fees.
Do I still need Toggl or Harvest?
For most teams, no. The timer, the day timeline, the weekly timesheet and exports are here, and each entry sits next to the project and task it belongs to.
