You invite someone from the pool to a shoot; they get a notification and reply Going, Maybe or Not going. Accepting opens an external seat that lasts only until that shoot ends; they are not added to your workspace as a permanent member.
The crew shows up on the shoot
The person who accepts appears on the shoot's crew list, next to the gear bookings. When the shoot ends, their external seat closes by itself, and removing someone from the pool closes it right away.

Who can see my Hub profile?
Your Hub profile is your professional identity, visible to TodoMore users; only what you choose to publish shows up. Your workspaces, projects and files are a separate, private world that stays with your team.
What's the difference between TodoMore and Hub?
TodoMore runs the work itself: projects, tasks, calendar, approvals. Hub brings the ecosystem together: professional profiles, portfolios and your agency's Talent Pool. Both run on the same platform, under one account.
Is Hub included in my plan?
Every account has a personal Hub profile and portfolio, Free included. The agency profile and Talent Pool come with Business Lite. Pricing is per workspace, with no per-member fees.
Can I use Hub with freelancers I already work with?
Yes. Add the freelancers you already work with to your pool and invite them straight to each new shoot. Hub doesn't handle payments; you settle fees directly with the freelancer.
