Client approval on the exact second
The edit goes through an internal check first; your client only sees what's ready. They watch and comment on the exact second without an account, then sign off from their client account. Vertical work is checked against Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts safe-area masks.
Upload the cut next to its project
The edit lands in ReView and sits next to its project. You can link it to a task or a shoot; there's no exporting to a separate tool and no attachments bouncing through inboxes.
- Video, image and PDF review
- Every new cut is uploaded as a new version of the same item
Check it inside the team first
New content starts in Internal check. It can't go to client review until the project lead and an admin have signed off. Internal revision and your team's private comments stay hidden from the client.
- Private team comments (Business Lite)
Your client comments without an account
Whoever opens the guest link can watch and comment without signing up. Every comment is pinned to the exact second, so “the logo comes in a second early” points at the frame it means. If the content is linked to a task, tick “To-do” while writing a comment and it goes on that task's to-do list, assigned to the person you tag.
- Frame- and timecode-accurate comments, with drawing on the frame
- Guest link: no account needed to watch and comment
- Password, expiry and view-limit sharing (Business Growth)
Compare versions and check safe areas
Upload the new cut as a new version and compare it side by side with the last one (Business Growth). For vertical work, the Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts masks show whether text and logos clear the platform UI.
- Action-safe and title-safe guides
- 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 platform masks
Approval is recorded on the content
Sign-offs are collected on the content itself: the project lead and an admin sign during the internal check, and the client gives formal approval from their own client account. If the client approves by phone or email, you can record the approval on their behalf.

ReView questions
Do my clients need a TodoMore account to review?
Not to comment: with a guest link they watch and comment on the exact second without an account. For a formal approval you give the client a free client account (unlimited on paid plans), or record the approval on their behalf.
Does the client see our internal revisions?
No. Content goes through Internal check and Internal revision first; those stages and your team's private comments are hidden from the client. The client only sees the version you move to Client review.
Do I still need Frame.io?
In most cases, no. ReView has frame-accurate comments, drawing notes, version compare and a client review stage. The difference is that review here is tied to the project, the task and the shoot.
What is a ReView minute, and what happens when I run out?
ReView minutes are a capacity: the total length of the videos in ReView right now. Free includes 50, Lite 250, Growth 1,000, Scale 1,500 and Limitless 4,000 minutes. They don't reset monthly; deleting content or pruning old versions frees space. If you're full, existing videos keep playing; free up space or move up a plan to upload more. Watching has its own monthly playback allowance.
Try it with your next cut
Upload the cut and send the guest link to your client; their comments come back pinned to the second. ReView is on every plan, Free included.
