Each member connects their own Google account. Google events show up in TodoMore's calendar, and you can create and edit events with a Meet link from TodoMore.

Add to calendar (.ics)

Download any event as an .ics file and add it to Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other calendar. A subscribable calendar feed is on the roadmap.

Download your personal data as JSON from Settings, time entries and finance records as CSV, and projects and quotes as Excel. Your data stays yours.

On the roadmap

Google Drive

You'll be able to link Drive folders to projects and preview files inside TodoMore. Today, Drive links you add to a project are recognized as Drive files.

Slack

You'll be able to route project activity to Slack channels, create tasks from Slack and get TodoMore mentions there.

Webhook

You'll be able to send project, task and inventory events to your own HTTPS endpoint, for automation with n8n, Make or your own server.

Zapier

You'll be able to build automations between TodoMore and other apps through Zapier.
