Todo Pictures is the solution partner we build TodoMore with, and a major user of it. It runs its entire operation on TodoMore, with more than 500 projects on the platform.
The challenge
Before TodoMore, the company ran its own shoots across disconnected tools. The director spent his hours chasing production process, leaving no time for creative work. Approvals sat in email, and finding gear meant a round of phone calls.
The TodoMore approach
- Shoot plans, crew and agenda came together on each shoot's page in Calendar and Planning; on shoot day everyone sees the call sheet and their own schedule in My day.
- Edits land in ReView; the client watches and comments on the exact second without an account, then signs off from their client account.
- With the work feed and the to-do column on Home, priorities got simple; the director starts the day knowing what to do.
- Gear is reserved through project bookings, so you can see at a glance which kit is in the field and which body is free.
The outcome
Today the company's day-to-day work runs entirely in TodoMore. The director puts his energy into making things, and client approvals have moved out of email.
