Wander Film moved the whole operation, from clients to gear, out of WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets and into TodoMore. On long shoot schedules, no team is out of the loop anymore.
The challenge
On long shoot schedules, production, post and equipment teams worked blind to each other. Information was scattered across three WhatsApp groups and five Google Sheets; nobody could be sure who held the latest version or which gear was on which set.
The TodoMore approach
- Project briefs, task boards and delivery dates came together in the Projects module.
- Shoot days became events in Calendar and Planning; crew, locations and call times sit on each shoot's own page.
- Camera, lens and lighting bookings go through Inventory and get approved; the same body can't be booked twice for overlapping hours.
- The producer on the client side follows every stage in the Client Portal; the status-check phone calls are gone.
The outcome
